Teens Caught Sexting Will Be Fined

A town in Wisconsin is passing a new ordinance to try to prevent teens from sexting one another.

Under the new rules, first offenders will be find $439 and second time offenders will get hit with a $628 fine.

Since this is an ordinance and not a law, offenders will have their violations kept on a juvenile municipal record, meaning it would not be made public when they become of legal age.
