A Colorado mom says she's been receiving death threats after a TikTok she posted of her eight month old son being tossed into a swimming pool to learn how to survive falling into water went viral.
The video was uploaded Saturday showing the baby being tossed into the water without any floaties or life jacket by a swim instructor. The instructor stands by as the baby floats back to the surface of the water on his back.
The mom said she believes the technique could help save her child's life.
The TikTok has been viewed over 53 million times with many expressing concern and criticizing the mom over the treatment of the child.
