An animal rescue organization from the West Palm Beach area went searching for lost animals after Dorian devastated the bahamas. They didn't expect to find much using an infra red drone. But by some miracle they found a dog, trapped under an air conditioning unit that had been surviving on rainwater for 3 weeks. When he was found, the rescuers said he was so weak he couldn't even bark. You can see on the video the outline of his ribs very easily. The puddle of water he survived on was just in his reach or he most likely would not have survived. Now, he's being nursed back to health.
