Video captured a dog, now names Suzie, through the streets of Fishtown in Philadelphia. After a bad storm had ended, you can see her wander into a home. The residents seem to have left the door open. Well, this open door meant a knock for opportunity to this malnourished pup. She wandered up the steps in right into the home of the Jokinen's. As it turns out, the storm blew open the door which the owners thought was secured. Even more amazing is security video showing one of the Jokinen's neighbors noticing the door was blown open, walks up and closes it after Suzie had entered.
