British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is know for getting caught in awkwardly funny moments on video. Here's the latest. As he was attending a Police Memorial at The National Memorial Arboretum he struggled with an unruly umbrella. Flanked by other British dignitaries, including Prince Charles, this was a somber occasion. However not only did the Prime Minister get a kick out of what was happening, but so did Prince Charles and just about everyone surrounding him well, except Home Secretary Priti Patel who looks like she wanted nothing to do with it.
