Bluffton Police Department investigating shooting that left 3 injured

The Bluffton Police Department is investigating a shooting Sunday afternoon that left three people injured.

At approximately 2:34p.m. on Sunday, officers received a report of gunshots from two cars traveling north on New Riverside Road. Officers located gun shells on the roadway. Moments later, Beaufort County Communications advised subjects had just walked into a local medical center with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

The other vehicle was located in the area of The Village at New Riverside, 2 males were located a short distance from the vehicle. The males were detained and transported to the Bluffton LEC for further investigation.

Three people were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Police have two people in custody, and charges are pending at this time. So far, the investigation has led to 15 cumulative arrest warrants being issued for Jh'leel Kanye Hoover, and Memphis Shakur Daniels.
