Most people have left a job because of their manager according to this new study from DDI
The study also found
- 14% of people have had to leave multiple jobs because of management.
- 32% haven’t quit yet because of their boss, but have seriously considered it, the study found.
- Only 12% of people are among the lucky few who have never quit, the study found.

- Did not show respect for their work
- Was unprofessional
- Didn’t listen to their concerns
- Has a lack of empathy
