There was beautiful weather all weekend so bought some meat (that YES, I cleaned before cooking) and we went outside to grill.

We met up with some friends at the Hopkins Food Truck Festival. This was highkey the best food festival I've been to in Minnesota, better than Taste of MN to be honest... The Puerto Rican food truck was delicious and the music was POPPING!
