BEAUFORT, S.C. (WSAV) - The Beaufort County School District (BSCD) is asking for community input regarding a new communications platform initiative.
The School District aims to create a new, "comprehensive" communications platform that would replace the current system, BrightArrow, and centralize classroom, athletic and academic club communications.
To ensure the new platform in principle will serve the community, BCSD is inviting parents or guardians, staff, students and community members to participate in a brief survey. Feedback will be collected with the goal of meeting the needs of families, staff and students.
BCSD says they seek to enhance and streamline the user experience to create a "more seamless and user-friendly experience for families across the district".
“We know that effective communication is the foundation of a strong school-community relationship,” says Dr. Candace Bruder, Communications Officer. “We are committed to providing our families and staff with an ideal platform to make connecting with BCSD easier and more efficient.”
