Kulcha Music was located on Waters Avenue. It was created by Rod Williams and Robert Scott to showcase the growing hip hop and progressive music scene in Chatham County. DJ Lord Aswad of Public Enemy and Amen Kush, a.k.a Port Savant, would be seen in Kulcha honing their skills.
