STATESBORO, Ga. (WSAV) – Bulloch County officials and neighboring agencies responded to a bomb threat Thursday at a manufacturing facility.
Officials said after a thorough search of Briggs & Stratton by area K-9 units, the building was deemed safe and no threats were found.
The initial threat to the facility, located on Zell Miller Parkway, was reported via the Statesboro Fire Department.

The Bulloch County Sheriff's Office, along with K-9s from Chatham and Richmond counties and Georgia Southern University, responded to the scene in the late morning hours.
By 2 p.m., the sheriff's office had given the all-clear.
