- Ginger tea: can help settle a queasy stomach
- Oats: provide complex carbohydrates to stabilize blood sugar and boost energy
- Watermelon: natural sugars can help move alcohol out of your system
- Soup or broth: rehydrates and provides essential vitamins, minerals, and protein
- Avocado: another potassium provider
Try to stay away from coffee to rehydrate. It is acidic and could exacerbate your side effects.
