ORIGINAL: EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) - The Effingham County Sheriff's Office (ECSO) is asking for help locating the family of a little girl they found alone on Monday morning.
ECSO deputies found a little girl walking around in the road, alone, at Cottage and Ebenezer Road on Monday morning.
