Free vaccine and microchip clinic for Chatham County dogs, cats

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Humane Society for Greater Savannah is inviting Chatham County residents to a free vaccine and microchip clinic on Sunday.

The clinic will provide free vaccinations and microchips for up to 250 cats and dogs, Humane Society officials said. The event will take place from noon-3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 7215 Sallie Mood Drive.

Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP and FVRCP vaccines will be available. All dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier.

The clinic is organized by the Chatham 90 Coalition, which includes the Humane Society for Greater Savannah, Chatham County Animal Services, Renegade Paws Rescue, One Love Animal Rescue and representatives from the Lost and Found Pets Savannah Facebook Group.
