SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Democratic state legislators will kick off their college and young adult "listening tour" at Savannah State University (SSU) on Saturday.
Georgia House Democratic Caucus
Representative Anne Allen Westbrook, along with other members of the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, will hold this event in the Marsh Room in the King Frazier Student Center on Saturday, February 8, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This event at SSU will be the first of seven stops on the tour, followed by stops at the University of Georgia, Augusta State University, Columbus State University, Middle Georgia State University, Albany State University, and Clark Atlanta University.
The Georgia House Democratic Caucus says that they "hope to hear from young adults across the state to learn about the issues that matter to them."
