Georgia Southern's Wildlife Center to reopen

STATESBORO, Ga. (WSAV) — The Georgia Southern Wildlife Center will be reopening to the public on Monday, Jan. 6.

"We are so excited to welcome visitors back to the Center and thank you for your patience during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene," the Center said on FacebookThursday.

They said that while the center will be open, the Raptor Walkway exhibit will be closed since renovations were delayed by Helene.

Visitors can still meet the raptors during the Center's daily program.
