Glynn County to begin winter storm Enzo debris collection

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) - Glynn County is set to begin the collection of storm debris caused by winter storm Enzo.

Glynn County’s collection of storm debris will begin on Monday, February 3. Citizens dealing with storm debris needing removal should proceed with collecting debris and placing it curbside by February 3. The collection work will take several days to complete.

Citizens should keep in mind the following:

  • Only organic, storm-related debris – i.e. tree limbs - will be removed. Comingled piles, household trash, tires or construction debris will not be removed during this debris removal operation.
  • Debris should not be bagged or mixed in with other garbage or yard waste. NON-VEGETATIVE MATERIAL WILL NOT BE COLLECTED!
  • Do not block the right of way ( streets or sidewalks ); put debris at the curb.
  • The county will make only a single pass for the collection of debris from Enzo and collection efforts will take several days to complete.

This service is limited to residents and businesses of Glynn County only and does not include addresses in the City of Brunswick.
