EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — Have you ever wanted to name a school? Effingham County is giving you a chance.
Effingham County School District is asking for the community's help in name the new elementary school on Blue Jay Road which is set to open in Aug. 2026. The deadline to submit your name ideas is Nov. 1.
The new elementary school will serve over 1,200 Pre-K to 5th grade students.
