HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) – A missing and endangered Hilton Head Island woman has been found.
Officials were searching for a missing and endangered Hilton Head Island woman. She was found safe and unharmed, officials said.
Susan Finn, 71, who suffers from Alzheimer's, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. Friday at her home on Wedgefield Drive in Indigo Run, said the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.

She was last seen wearing a purple vest and blue jeans.
