POOLER, Ga. (WSAV) – One person was displaced due to a fire in Pooler on Sunday.
According to Pooler Fire-Rescue, crews were dispatched around 1:20 p.m. to 304 South Oliver Street for a report of a residential structure fire.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find a single-story home with heavy smoke and fire in the rear of the structure.







Crews worked to extinguish the blaze and ensure there were no occupants inside the house.
Pooler Fire-Rescue said the homeowner, the only one living in the residence, was uninjured, though they were displaced due to the damage.
Details on the cause of the fire were not immediately released.
