SPD makes arrest in White Bluff Rd homicide

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) has made an arrest in connection to a Monday homicide on White Bluff Rd.

SPD announced on Tuesday that Jeaustin Jesus Calderon Cerdas, 21, had been apprehended in the homicide on 11400 White Bluff Rd.

Officers arrived at the scene at around 10:54 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, based on reports of a domestic disturbance. 

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from a stab wound. After performing life-saving measures on the scene, the victim succumbed to his injuries.

An initial investigation led the detectives to Cerdas, who was taken into custody and charged with murder.
