SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - For many, a trip to the movies is one of the hallmarks of the holiday season.
From the heartfelt tale of George Bailey to the devious story of the Grinch, everyone has a favorite Christmas movie, and there are several places in the city where you can see these films on the big screen.
Here is a list of Christmas movie screenings in The Hostess City:
Trustees Theater "Holiday Classics" Screenings:
The iconic Trustees Theater on Broughton Street is holding its "Holiday Classics" series of screenings beginning with "Gremlins" on December 6.

- "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" (2000) - Saturday, December 21, 11 a.m.

- "It's a Wonderful Life" - Saturday, December 21, 7 p.m.
Kensington Park
Kensington Park, located on 101 Althea Parkway, will host a screening of the 2015 animated film "The Grinch" on Saturday, December 7.
Admission is free, and the screening will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Grinchmas vs. Christmas at Daffin Park
Kensington Park won't be the only place to get your Grinch on. Daffin Park will host "Grinchmas vs. Christmas" on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7.
Ahead of the 6:00 p.m. showing of "The Grinch" (2000) on Friday, there will be a chance to get pictures with The Grinch from 4 - 5:30 p.m.
On Saturday, you will get to meet and take photos with the jolly red toymaker himself, Santa Claus, from 4-5:30 p.m. At 6 p.m., cozy up to a showing of "The Santa Clause".
Admission is free.
Two Tides Brewing Company
Two Tides will hold its "Holiday Hangs" on Sunday evenings in December and on Christmas Eve, complete with classic and cult faves in its taproom and Smol Bar.
Different holiday-themed treats, snacks, and drinks will be available.
