GARDEN CITY, Ga. (WSAV) – A winning lottery ticket was purchased in Garden City for the Friday Mega Millions drawing, Georgia Lottery said.
The ticket, with a prize of $10,000, was sold at Pump N Go on Augusta Road.
The winning numbers were:
16-21-33-39-45
Mega Ball: 24 | Mega Plier: 2x
The lucky ticket matched four of the five winning numbers, plus the Mega Ball, lottery officials said.
The next Mega Millions drawing is scheduled for Tuesday with an estimated jackpot of $619 million. That's the 10th largest in the game’s history, according to the Georgia Lottery.
Mega Millions winners in Georgia have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes.
Proceeds from Georgia Lottery games benefit education in the Peach State.
